With Bermudian and British roots, Kathryn brings a distinctive perspective to branding, marketing, and social media. Specialising in creative strategy, content creation, photography, public relations, and social media management, she blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create compelling visual and brand storytelling across digital and print platforms.
With over a decade of experience in media and marketing, Kathryn was among the early professionals helping shape social media management in Bermuda, guiding local brands as they began building their presence online.
Early in her career, she was recognised for her natural aptitude for marketing - though opportunities in the field were limited at the time. That moment helped shape her direction: bringing Bermuda’s businesses into the spotlight through creative strategy, branding, and visual storytelling.
Today, Kathryn works closely with clients through Yello to develop brand strategy, manage social platforms, and produce photography and content for both digital channels and print, helping businesses build strong and authentic connections with their audiences.
Dylan Wilson is a commercial producer and production lead with a strong focus on high-end video production and visual storytelling. With deep experience behind the camera, Dylan specializes in building and operating professional camera systems to capture polished, cinematic content that elevates brand communication. His work centers on translating commercial objectives into carefully executed visual productions, combining technical precision with a strong understanding of how modern audiences engage with video.
In addition to leading production, Dylan oversees a significant portion of the company’s operations, including financial planning, strategic decision-making, and resource allocation to ensure the business continues to grow with strong systems and long-term stability. He plays an active role in investing in industry-leading camera systems, refining production workflows, and building the internal structure that allows teams to consistently deliver at a high level. Driven by the belief that the creative industry should offer meaningful opportunities for emerging talent, Dylan is committed to helping create a professional environment where individuals can learn, contribute, and grow within a modern production company. His approach is centered on raising the standard for both creative output and professional execution, delivering thoughtful, well-curated productions that prioritize quality, transparency, and exceptional results for clients.
Raina DeFontes is a Social Media Coordinator at Yello, working across social strategy, content planning, and creative development to help brands build a strong and engaging presence online. Her work focuses on combining thoughtful strategy with visually driven storytelling to create content that connects with audiences.
Before joining Yello, she spent several years in the creative industry as a model, gaining early insight into branding, visual storytelling, and the process of bringing editorial-style concepts to life. This experience gave her a unique perspective on how imagery, content, and brand identity work together to shape audience perception.
Her interests naturally evolved toward the creative work behind the scenes, leading her into social media management where she supported organizations and wellness brands in developing their digital presence.
At Yello, she collaborates with the team to plan content, develop social media strategies, and support the execution of creative campaigns across digital platforms, helping brands communicate their story in a way that feels authentic and engaging.
